SOI Motorhome Club understands that the need to cancel a reservation can happen on short notice.

For the Rose Parade Rally:

In the event that a reservation needs to be cancelled, contact us immediately. All cancellations made prior to the start of an event will be refunded fully minus a cancellation fee not to exceed $75.00 plus any non-refundable deposits paid to our vendors.

Cancellations cannot be accepted after the rally's scheduled start date.

For All Other Rallies and Tours:

Cancellations received more than 60 days prior to the start date will receive a full refund.

Cancellations received from 60 days prior up to the day before the rally or tour has begun will receive a refund of all monies paid minus any non-refundable deposits paid to our vendors.
No refunds will be issued after the rally/tour has started.
