Rose Parade Rally December 28, 2010 - January 2, 2011 The 122nd Rose Parade themed "Building Dreams, Friendships & Memories", will take place on Saturday, January 1, 2011 at 8:00 a.m. This is the annual event motorhome rally sponsored and run by SOI. This will be our 31st Rose Parade rally. This fantastic tradition is a favorite rally for many participants and a great place to re-connect with friends and make new ones too. Rally Package Includes: 5 Days of Camping- Electric Hook-ups for all Coaches Water & Dump mid-rally available in emergencies Hospitality Tent for Activities 3 Breakfasts, 4 Lunches & 4 Catered Dinners 1 Continental Breakfast & Ice Cream Social Live Band (at one dinner) & music (at two dinners) 1 Day at the Races for horse racing Bus Transportation for all events 2 Rose Parade Bleacher Seats Rose Parade Program Voucher Crystal Cathedral "Glory of Christmas" Pageant Band Fest Post-Parade Float Viewing Tickets Park at Santa Anita Race Track - Arcadia, CA Only 200 Coaches & 400 Parade Seats Available Rally Agenda: (Itinerary Subject to Change) 12/28 - Arrival Day. Welcome Dinner at SOI tent with DJ music 12/29 - Work on City of Sierra Madre Rose Parade float,followed by lunch, Huntington Library, dinner & and bus trip to Crystal Cathedral "Glory of Christmas" performance 12/30 - Breakfast at SOI Tent, view floats, lunch and then Band Fest.Catered dinner at SOI Tent with DJ music 12/31 - Breakfast at SOI Tent, a "Day at the Races" at Santa Anita RaceTrack, return for dinner & a New Year’s Eve party with Crown City Dixieland Band at SOI Tent 1/1 - Bus transportation to Rose Parade,best seats in the parade near the beginning of the parade route with the sun at your back. Return for lunch at SOI Tent and watch the Rose Bowl football game or view the floats up-close at the “Showcase of Floats”. Also, enjoy an ice cream social! 1/2 - Departure Day - See you next year!!
Rally Fee is $2195 per coach (2 people). Deposit of $500
(due now) to hold
your space. Extra people for all rally events cost $840
each.
Final payment due November 1, 2010
Confirmation notice will be sent with directions to camp, etc. upon
receipt of final payment.
